“ШАВРААС ДИЖИТАЛ ХҮРТЭЛ” үзэсгэлэн нээлтээ хийлээ.
Уран бүтээлч Ганбатын Логийраз нь сүүлийн гуч гаруй жилийн турш баримал болон гурван хэмжээст баримал, дижитал,орчин үеийн урлагийн чиглэлээр Монгол, Норвеги, Швед улсад суралцаж багшилж, олон улсад үзэсгэлэнгээ дэлгэн үзүүлсээр байна. Өнгөрсөн арав гаран жил хийсэн бүтээлүүд нь уламжлалт баримал, шүтээн зургийг дижитал технологи бүхий гурван хэмжээст арга барилаар бүтээгджээ. Түүний “Манал” (1997 он)-бүтээлээс хойш туурвисан шавар баримлаас эхлээд өнөөг хүртэл 3d техник хэрэглэн бүтээсэн “Буддагийн толгой” (2025) хүртэлх бүтээлч аяллын түүхийг энэ үзэсгэлэнгээр дамжуулан хүргэж байна. Г.Логийраз нь уран баримлаар 1992-1996 онд “Ногоон морь” орчин үеийн урлагийн сургуульд суралцсан бөгөөд түүний уран бүтээлийн намтар баялаг бөгөөд сонирхолтой!
Түүний буддын урлагтай холбогдсон нэгэн түүхийг энд толлиллуулваас: Тэр бээр өнө эртний уламжлалтай буддын урлагийг ойлгож суралцахын тулд 1997 онд Бакула ринбүчигийн “Бэтүб” хийдэд шавилан сууж бурханы сургаал, гүн ухааны чиглэлээр суралцаж байв, Улмаар уламжлалт бурханы баримал бүтээх явц, тиг хэмжээний онол түүнийг хэрхэн бүтээхэд бие даан суралцаж хожим 2011 онд Непал улсад очиж орчин
үеийн танка буюу бурхан зургийн этгээд хосолмолыг бүтээсэн түүхтэй. Анх урлагийн сургуульд суралцсанаас хойш буддын урлагийг модерн агуулгатай хослуулах нь түүний эхний зорилт байлаа. Энд ч бас тэр зорилго тэмүүлэлдээхөтлөгдөн бүтээсэн өөрөө өөрөөсөө дахин дахин суралцсан түүний бүтээлүүдийг бид үзэж байна. Энэ сэдвээр тэр бээр бүх төрлийн материал, холимог аргуудыг туршиц болгон хэрэглэж ирсэн ба 2008 онд “Шведийн Рояль” академид суралцаж, багшлах үед нь түүний зорилго нь биеллээ олжээ.
Зөвхөн шавар, цаасан шуумлын төрлөөр ажиллах нь хангалттай биш байлаа. Харин ирээдүйд хэрхэн ажиллаж урлагийн бүтээл туурвих талаар эргэцүүлэл нь түүний
гурван хэмжээст 3D баримал, хиймэл оюун ухааны хамтын туршлагуудыг эхлүүлжээ. “Шавраас Дижитал хүртэл” үзэсгэлэнд уран бүтээлчийн бүтээлийн замналын гурван цаг үеийг төлөөлсөн бүтээлүүд дэлгэгдэж байна.
“From Clay to Digital” — Exhibition Officially Opens
📍Artist Logiiraz Ganbat has spent the past three decades working in sculpture, three-dimensional art, digital media, and contemporary art while studying and teaching in Mongolia, Norway, and Sweden. He has continuously exhibited his works internationally. The artworks presented in this exhibition reflect more than ten years of his creative exploration, combining traditional sculpture and sacred imagery with contemporary three-dimensional and digital technologies.
The exhibition traces his artistic journey — from his early clay sculpture “Manal” (1997) to his most recent 3D work “Head of Buddha” (2025) — illustrating the evolution of his artistic language and spiritual inquiry.
Logiiraz studied sculpture at the “Green Horse” School of Contemporary Art from 1992 to 1996. His artistic biography is rich and captivating. One notable episode in his connection to Buddhist art occurred in 1997, when he entered Bakula Rinpoche’s Betüv Monastery to study Buddhist philosophy and practice. There, he learned the traditional process and proportions of Buddhist sculpture, mastering the techniques independently. Later, in 2011, during his stay in Nepal, he created a series of contemporary thangka paintings — a synthesis of Buddhist iconography and modern aesthetics.
From his earliest artistic education, his goal has been to merge Buddhist art with modern concepts — a pursuit that continues to define his creative path. His works, created through constant experimentation and self-learning, reveal this persistent vision. Throughout his career, he has explored various materials and mixed techniques; his studies and teaching at the Royal Academy of Sweden in 2008 marked a key moment when his artistic aspirations began to materialize.
📌For Logiiraz, working solely in clay or paper sculpture was no longer sufficient. His reflections on the future of artistic creation led him toward experimentation with three-dimensional 3D sculpture and collaborations involving artificial intelligence.
The exhibition “From Clay to Digital” presents works representing three distinct periods of the artist’s creative evolution — offering viewers a unique journey through the transformation of form, material, and meaning.
