Mongolian Art Gallery presents Image of Children in Visual Arts exhibition for the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year for all children.
In the history of Mongolian art development, one of the various themes that greatly expanded was the "Children's" theme. From the early 1960's the importance of this theme was the introduction of a new generation of young people to a nation with a sense of protection, pride, learning, and education, and the National Center for Children and many organisations worked in collaboration for countless exhibitions. Curators of the Mongol Art Gallery state that the "art of looking at the children's universe is very unique, and it is our duty to create awareness for their future life, and to balance the understandings of our lives, the Mongolian art gallery is remaking tradition old exhibition. Over 100 works of paintings, drawings, sculptures, leather works and watercolours of over 40 artists will be open for all public until October 15, 2019.
