How do our lives relate to our mentality?
Naturally, everyone wants to please everyone, to be like everyone else. The very urge to do so has always kept us very busy. We have been operating since last year, more or less placed in a permanently locked-down isolation. Thus, the social environment that we are used to, and everything that you usually tried to achieve, seemed to be left behind. This means we are left with a new smaller private space to support our livelihood. Finding ourselves in such a limited living space, we were filled with strange and dull, but wonderful thoughts and feelings. We used these strange feelings and emotions as the main theme of our exhibition called "Notes". We tried to express our observations about this new reality of life that is full of thoughts and emotional feelings through drawings without any subtle philosophical interpretation, so that our strengths and weaknesses in life can be easily seen at a glance. Our remarks or notes made as such on continuous 365 feelings and emotions are composed of mindful pieces that have both simple and subtle meanings to show how seemingly meaningless and valuable emotions, as well as related or unrelated social information and criticism, can influence the human mentality or mind. When you see drawings that are made on brown colored trash cardboard boxes and that demonstrate endless thinking in the depths of thoughts in avoiding any aesthetic censorship, you will witness the value of freedom of expression.
This is a unique exhibition called “Notes”, which aims to show how independent abstract thoughts and feelings are anchored in humans to lead them to endless revelations
