The National Museum of Mongolia presents SECRETS OF SARIDAG MONASTERY presentation of excavation co-led by the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and the Bogd Khan Palace Museum. this exhibition explores archaelogical excavation artefacts that have been burried over three centuries.
Over the period of six years of excavation, the project uncovered more than 3000 items, including three thousand clay statues of dieties and large scale of sculptures and other historical and cultural artefacts. The exhibition welcomes all public to indulge the masterpieces created by Zanabazar himself and his school of arts until 20 December 2019.
