Art Avenue is hugely grateful to Bodhi Dharma Foundation for its continuous support in arts and cultural scene in Mongolia.

The historical record is in the hands of archivists, to protect and ensure access to the information within. Among all the knowledge required of archivists as professionals about art, preservation and archival procedure, they also need an understanding of law. They are expected to understand and follow all the local laws relevant to archival procedure.

The issue of copyright involves first and foremost, intellectual property, a term given to creators of works defined as limited-term, exclusive ownership to the creator of the ideas within the creation. “The reason we have copyright law and patent law is to encourage authors, artists, inventors, and other creative individuals, while also allowing the public to have access to written materials and to new inventions”For the duration of the copyright the creator of the work has exclusive rights over the content of the work to do with as she/he sees fit, while allowing the public access to the content through the creator’s work.

Art Avenue, NGO. ("Art Avenue") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is Art Avenue's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Art Avenue will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Art Avenue website (the "Site"). If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Art Avenue's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the notice as described below, Art Avenue will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
